Minnesota pipestone, also know as "catlinite" is the focal of these richly earthy earrings. The "tabbies" are hand cut & polished in our studio and for these earrings, paired with handmade lampwork beads (also made by us!) of an etched dark ivory hue and green & blue slices of natural turquoise. The little stone slabs & beads are bound together with oxidized sterling wire wrapping that end in a dainty spiral flourish.

These earrings measure 2.25" (5.71 cm) in total lenght, including their hand formed oxidized sterling ear wires. They are quite lightweight, only 0.14 oz, or 3.9 grams (per earring)...2 U.S. dimes weigh in at 4.4 grams.
